The Legal Stuff
We endeavour to only display products on this website which are in stock unless otherwise stated. However, all products and services are subject to availability. If your order cannot be fulfilled within our usual despatch time you will be contacted. It may (but very seldom does) happen that a product is discontinued after you have ordered it, in this case you will be given a full refund.
Payment can be made by PayPal or you can arrange to pay by card reader by calling us on the mobile number given.
Prices, Quotes and Bulk Orders
We endeavour to ensure accurate pricing in both our
catalogue and on website. Prices are subject to change without notice and our
website has the most up-to-date prices. Prices are quoted in UK Sterling (£).
Prices including VAT are available to view on each product page. A summary of the total VAT charge is calculated and available to view during the checkout process. Please note that there is VAT charged on shipping to the UK and EU* as we are obliged to do so.

VAT will be added to your order unless you provide us with a valid VAT identification number that is valid for import/export in the country you live in. If you do not provide us with a valid VAT number, then we are obliged by HM Revenue & Customs to charge VAT on your order.

Returns and damaged items Policy and procedure
It is our aim to offer 100% satisfaction. We will be happy to replace any faulty goods or redress any errors that we have made in connection with an order.
Please carefully check your goods and report any shortages, damages, or problems within 7 days of receiving your order. All requests should be sent to us in the first instance using email@example.com
Please note that opened products cannot be exchanged unless deemed faulty after testing.
We operate in accordance with The Consumer Rights Act 2015 which says goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. During the expected lifespan of your product you’re entitled to the following:
Up to 30 days: if your goods are faulty you can get a refund.
Up to six months: if your goods can’t be repaired or replaced then you’re entitled to refund in most cases.
ALL CLAIMS FOR DAMAGE MUST BE REPORTED WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC EVIDENCE AND DELIVERY NOTES MARKED AS GOODS RECEIVED AS DAMAGED.
In the case of damage please return the product to the following address Purple Pollen, 10 Clumber Drive, Frome, Somerset BA11 2LG (United Kingdom). We will refund you the postage costs and give you credit towards your next order.
You have the right to cancel your order within seven days of placing it with us, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer) but any goods may be returned within 14 days from the day they are received providing they are unopened and unused. If they are unopened and unused or you cancel your order before we send out your parcel, we will be happy to refund your full payment, excluding return postage costs (if applicable). This is in addition to your statutory rights. If there are any claims, errors, or discrepancies, these must be reported as soon as possible, and within 14 days of receipt of your order.
In the unlikely event that your product is lost in
transit, please contact us in writing or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
In the case of non-delivery, please wait for 7 days after despatch (UK and EU
countries) or 15 days from the date of despatch (non-EU and International)
before contacting us.
Items missing in your parcel: If any item is short delivered and has been charged for, Purple Pollen will cover the cost of freight in resending the goods as soon as is possible.
If your parcel is returned to us through no fault of our own, we may charge you a redelivery cost. Please ensure that you give us correct delivery information when ordering.
Liability and Disclaimer
The stability and nature of our products may be altered depending on storage conditions, or when used in combination with other ingredients or not as specified in our recipes.

Ready Made Products disclaimer: As the availability of ingredients and raw materials is not always certain due to market conditions or otherwise, Purple Pollen reserves the right to substitute alternate ingredients/raw materials in the manufacture of its Ready Made and Base products in order to maintain supply to its customers. Customers should always refer to the ingredients label affixed to each product at the time of supply of the product request information if necessary but whilst we strive to keep label information accurate.
